How Aydion processes information received through its website, forms, communications, and restricted operations platform.

The public website does not currently offer public user accounts. Authorized Aydion Operations Platform users may have account identifiers, role assignments, profile information, authentication records, support requests, session metadata, and audit history processed to operate and secure the platform.

Technical and log data

Hosting, security, and application infrastructure may process IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, referring pages, error information, and security events. This information supports delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and access control.

Cookies and similar technologies

The public site does not use advertising cookies. The restricted AOP uses security and session cookies required for authentication, support mode, and protected navigation. Infrastructure providers may use essential technologies needed to deliver and protect their services.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate applications, communicate about potential or existing work, operate and secure AOP, provide support, maintain records, investigate misuse, comply with applicable obligations, and improve the reliability of Aydion systems.
